The Employment Services team at COSTI focuses on providing specialized employment assistance to internationally trained individuals and new Canadians. They offer employment assessment and counselling, job search training, work placements, and job development for both adults and youth. Additionally, the team provides mentoring and recruitment services for employers. This team ensures that newcomers are equipped with the necessary tools and support to successfully integrate into the Canadian workforce.
