Gianluca Sattolo

Gianluca Sattolo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and coaching. Currently serving as Business Development Manager at CostPerform since November 2024, Gianluca focuses on enterprise cost management solutions for finance teams. In addition, Gianluca has been the Head Coach for the women's water polo team at ZPC AMERSFOORT since July 2023, overseeing player development and team management. Previous roles include Enterprise Account Executive at Deepdesk, Country Manager for Southern Europe at Sensorfact, and General Manager & Head Coach at ZPC AMERSFOORT, where Gianluca led the first men’s team in the Eredivisie. Notably, Gianluca contributed as a goalkeepers trainer for the Dutch National Team from 2013 to 2021, achieving multiple medals in international competitions. Gianluca's career began as a professional water polo player in Italy before transitioning into sales and coaching roles, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from I.T.C. Darwin.
