Tammy Meyers

Tammy Meyers, LNHA, CDP, serves as the Executive Director at Cotter House Worthington, leading a superior Alzheimer's and Memory Care Community since June 2022. Previously, Tammy held the role of Executive Director at Capital Senior Living and Altercare of Ohio, along with a Senior Executive position at First Community Village, where strategic initiatives improved employee retention and satisfaction. Extensive experience includes a tenure at HCR-ManorCare, managing new construction and developing strategic business plans, as well as transforming facilities at Extendicare Health Services. Tammy's educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Health Services from Wright State University and a LEAN Six Sigma White Belt certification from the Management and Strategy Institute.
