Silvia Zucchini

Silvia Zucchini currently serves as the Head of the Communication Division at the Council of Europe Development Bank since July 2022. With a robust background in communication and public affairs, Silvia held multiple roles at the International Monetary Fund from December 2004 to July 2022, including Special Assistant to the Director for IMF Europe and Senior Communications Officer. Prior experience includes serving as Public Affairs Manager at OECD - OCDE and an Advisor to the Chairman of the Board at SACE. Early career experiences include roles at the Italian Ministry of the Economy and Finance. Silvia Zucchini holds a Master’s degree in International Economics and International Relations from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a Laurea in Political Science with a focus on International Relations from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
