Nitesh Kumar

Nitesh Kumar currently serves as a Consultant at the Council on Energy, Environment and Water (CEEW) since December 2023. Previously, Nitesh held the position of Executive at Professional Assistance For Development Action (PRADAN) from October 2020 to November 2023, where responsibilities included mobilizing rural poor families into community-based institutions and promoting livelihoods through nutrition-sensitive agriculture and cash crop diversification in Dindori district. Prior to that, Nitesh worked as a Development Apprentice, engaging in various projects aimed at improving agricultural practices and community health awareness. Nitesh began a career in development further as an intern at Madhya Pradesh State Cooperative Dairy Federation Limited and as a Subject Matter Expert at Holistic Action Research & Development. Educational qualifications include a PGDFM from Indian Institute of Forest Management, a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, and a diploma in Civil Engineering from Govt Polytechnic Sundernagar.
