Dr. Lawrence S. Sykoff

Dr. Lawrence S. Sykoff is the President and Founder of LSS CONSULTING GROUP, LLC, specializing in counsel for clients across the non-profit and for-profit sectors since April 2014. With a distinguished career in education, Dr. Sykoff has served as Head of School Emeritus at Ranney School since Spring 2013, following a tenure as Head of School at the college preparatory day school. In addition, Dr. Sykoff is a member of the Advisory Board of Trustees for the Count Basie Center for the Arts and has been involved with the Independent College Fund of NJ as a member of the Board of Advisors. Previous roles include advisory positions at Jersey Shore University Medical Center and Hackensack Meridian Health, as well as a board director role with the American Cancer Society. Dr. Sykoff's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from The City University of New York, a Master of Education in Organizational Leadership, and a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of San Diego.
