Chantelle Reyland

Chantelle Reyland is an experienced HR professional currently serving as People Lead at Woolworths New Zealand since January 2023. Previously, Chantelle held various leadership roles at Reckitt from April 2013 to September 2021, including Global Head of Capability Development and HR Director for Global R&D in Health & Nutrition. Prior experience includes an HR Manager contract at Auckland District Law Society and over a decade at Air New Zealand in multiple HR Manager positions, focusing on corporate services, sales, and cabin crew, as well as providing HR expertise during significant transformations. Chantelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Psychology from Massey University and a Diploma in Hospitality Management from Auckland University of Technology.
