Clint Lambert

Clint Lambert is an experienced leader in grants management and operational support with a robust background in international development. Currently serving as the Director of Grants at Counterpart International, Clint previously held roles including Grants & Finance Manager and Business Manager at the University of Washington, where significant contributions were made to grant management and financial oversight. Notable achievements include securing $30 million in funding for Equal Access International during fiscal year 2020-2021, developing comprehensive grant management tools, and leading a project management unit overseeing a portfolio of 23 projects across multiple countries. Clint’s extensive career also includes positions at organizations such as Tetra Tech, AECOM, and MAG, where expertise in monitoring and evaluation, strategic planning, and compliance was consistently demonstrated. Clint holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from The University of Western Australia.
