Cindy Brumbaugh

Cindy Brumbaugh is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in corporate HR management and safety compliance. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Country Pure Foods Inc since January 2007, Cindy oversees HR functions across corporate offices and four manufacturing facilities, ensuring compliance with legal regulations. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources and Manager at the same company, as well as Corporate Human Resources Director at Creative Engineered Polymer Products LLC, where there was responsibility for HR functions across multiple manufacturing sites in the U.S. and Mexico. Cindy has also held positions at Newell Rubbermaid and Akron Summit Community Action, Inc, showcasing a strong background in labor relations, recruitment, and employee development. Cindy Brumbaugh holds multiple degrees from The University of Akron, including a Master’s in Human Resources and a Master’s in Community Counseling.
