Laura Barber

Laura Barber is a seasoned professional in the food industry with extensive experience in technical management and quality assurance. Currently serving as Technical Manager and Head of Quality at Country Style Foods since May 2023, Laura previously held the role of Technical Services Project Manager at 2 Sisters Food Group for a brief period. From March 2015 to January 2023, Laura was the Head of Technical at Orchard House Foods, overseeing the technical functions across multiple sites and managing various technical teams. Past roles at KP Snacks, Greggs, United Biscuits, and Cadbury involved significant responsibilities in quality management, retailer relationships, and product development, demonstrating a strong commitment to food safety and compliance. Laura holds a BSc 2:1 in Food and Human Nutrition from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, attained in 2009.
