Alexandra Hoffmann

Alexandra Hoffmann is an experienced professional in workforce development, currently serving as Director of the Center for Workforce Development at County College of Morris since September 2020, with prior roles as Interim Director and Associate Director. In this capacity, Alexandra focuses on creating workforce training programs for adult learners that meet job market demand while monitoring emerging trends in business and technology. Previously, as Manager of Workforce Development at the German American Chamber of Commerce, Alexandra taught leadership development seminars and enhanced training programs. Earlier experience includes the role of Cisco Virtual Partner Marketing Manager at A Fluent Vision, where Alexandra supported partner revenue growth and consulted on marketing strategies. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and German from Montclair State University and has studied at Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz.
