Amy Fitzpatrick

Amy Fitzpatrick serves as the County Solicitor for the County of Bucks since July 2020, managing an in-house legal department of ten attorneys and supervising outside counsel. Responsibilities include collaborating with county executives, overseeing procurement and contractual relationships, and defending civil litigation, among others. Prior roles include First Assistant County Solicitor and Assistant County Solicitor at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC, where compliance investigations and regulatory legal advice for healthcare clients were key components. Additionally, experience as a Litigation Associate at Bingham McCutchen LLP involved defending complex litigation matters. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Connecticut College.
