Michael Gilmore

Michael Gilmore is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Finance Manager for the County of Bucks since October 2021, overseeing fiscal operations for the Workforce and Economic Development / PA CareerLink. Prior to this role, Michael spent over 21 years at PNC, where significant achievements included serving as Managing Director responsible for a $8 billion portfolio of variable rate demand bonds and commercial paper, while effectively managing associated market, credit, and liquidity risks during the financial crisis and subsequent regulatory changes. Michael also held positions as Director, managing the underwriting of over $2 billion in municipal bonds, and as an Institutional Sales Assistant, providing sales support for money market instruments. Michael holds an MBA in Finance from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, along with a BBA in Marketing from Temple University.
