Melia Green

Melia Green is a Natural Resource Specialist II at the County of San Mateo, beginning in February 2023. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant Biologist I at Valley Water and working as a Biological Monitor/Biologist at Ecosystems West Consulting Group. Melia has also completed roles as an AmeriCorps Member with the Watershed Stewards Program, contributing to projects at the NOAA Southwest Fisheries Science Center and the San Luis Obispo Steelhead Initiative. Additional experience encompasses positions as a Monitoring Technician at the Morro Bay National Estuary Program and Park Aide at California State Parks. Melia Green earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Management and Protection from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in 2018.
