James Maxwell

James Maxwell, PG, CEG, currently serves as Engineering Manager and Hydrologist III for the County of Ventura since April 2019. Prior to this role, James worked as Senior Project Geologist at Leighton Group from June 2018 to January 2019. James's professional background includes positions at AECOM as Scientist IV in Geology from 2013 to June 2018, ARCADIS as Geologist II from June 2011 to June 2013, Wayne Perry, Inc. as Staff Geologist from 2010 to 2011, and Smith-Emery GeoServices as Environmental Scientist from June 2005 to June 2007. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Geological Sciences with a focus on Geohydrology from UC Santa Barbara.
