SeungHwan Lee is an accomplished product manager with extensive experience in product development and market strategy. Currently serving as the Group Product Manager for the WOW CX team at Coupang since July 2016, SeungHwan has played a pivotal role in launching and monetizing the WOW membership program, driving significant user growth and improving customer retention. Previously, SeungHwan held various product management roles at Jobplanet and Samsung Electronics, where key contributions included the successful transition of a service to mobile platforms and the design of innovative UX features for the Galaxy S6 Edge.
