Olivier Lefoulon

Olivier Lefoulon is a seasoned professional in public finance and fiscal law, currently serving as a Conseiller référendaire en service extraordinaire at the Cour des comptes since July 2022. With extensive experience in the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Recovery from March 2018 to July 2022, Olivier held the position of Chef du bureau SJCF-1B, overseeing legislative projects, fiscal doctrine drafting, and legal expertise in tax procedures. Olivier also contributed as Chef du bureau JF-2A, managing contentious missions and inter-ministerial collaboration. An educator at the Institut de la gestion publique et du développement économique, Olivier prepares candidates for the ENA entrance examination and has held several roles within the DGFiP focused on fiscal litigation and complex tax files. Olivier's educational background includes a degree from the École nationale d'administration and a Diplôme d'ingénieur from École des Ingénieurs de la Ville de Paris.
