Tom Fail

Tom Fail is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in partner success management and program oversight across various organizations. Currently serving as Principal Partner Success Manager at Coursera, Tom leads a global operations team for the Grow with Google Professional Certificates initiative and has successfully driven strategies resulting in over 2 million global enrollments. Prior to Coursera, Tom held the role of Senior Program Manager at Comcast, where innovation and cross-team alignment were critical for product launches and operational solutions. Additional experience includes management and implementation roles at EAB, quality assurance at PHEAA, and leadership positions in university residence life. Tom holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a Master of Public Administration, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and History from East Stroudsburg University.
