Amy Kellestine

Amy Kellestine, BASc, BEd, ACC, is an experienced organizational development consultant currently working at Covenant Health Canada. As the founder of Hummingbird Consulting Inc., Amy specializes in coaching and training for leaders on topics such as stress management, resilience, and conscious inclusion, while also providing consulting on equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) and organizational change management. Previous roles include Learning & Development Lead at CapitalCare, Manager of the Leadership Academy and Learning & Development at PCL Construction, and various positions focused on training and development. Amy holds multiple certifications, including Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy and Certified Change Management Professional, alongside academic qualifications in civil engineering and education from the University of Alberta and University of Waterloo.
