Jack Vanhyfte

Jack VanHyfte is a Land Analyst at Coventry Homes since July 2022, previously serving as a Land Intern at Richmond American Homes in June 2021. In the internship role, Jack gained experience in the land acquisition process, including reviewing strategies, conducting competitive market analyses, and preparing financial analyses for land acquisitions. Jack actively participated in meetings regarding new community openings and verified the status of development projects. Jack holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a Real Estate Concentration from Texas Christian University, obtained in 2022.
