Lisa Rans

Lisa Rans has extensive experience in sales and customer success, currently serving as a Sales Counselor at Coventry Homes since August 2024. Prior to this role, Lisa worked as a Sales Associate at Highland Homes from June 2022 to October 2024, where responsibilities included supporting home purchasing decisions and managing operations. Previous experience includes a position as a Customer Success Manager at VIF International Education, focusing on onboarding and technical support, and as a Software Trainer for various clients from 2004 to 2015. Lisa’s career began at Strasburger & Price, LLP, as an Implementation and Training Team Lead, responsible for training and adoption of key business applications, and also includes experience as a 2nd grade teacher at Arlington ISD from 1996 to 1998. Lisa holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
