Sushant Juikar is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in service desk operations and technical support. Currently serving as Service Desk Team Leader at Cover-More Group since March 2018, Sushant has progressed through roles including Sr. Service Desk Analyst and Service Desk Analyst. Prior experience includes serving as IT Coordinator for Siemens Healthineers, focusing on projects and asset management as the India SPOC, and working as an IT Support Engineer at Wipro for STAR INDIA PVT LTD, providing remote desktop support. Sushant's early experience includes a role as a Computer Lab Assistant at Jetking Infotrain Limited.
