Kathy Williams

Kathy Williams is a human resources specialist who has worked for multiple companies in various states. Kathy currently works for Cover Whale, but has previously worked for PSS Industrial Group and WeldFit. Kathy has experience in managing job posts, sourcing and screening applicants, onboarding new hires, processing terminations, and handling employee relations. Kathy is also skilled in setting up applicant tracking systems and document & task management systems. In addition to their work in human resources, Kathy has also been head of the culture/philanthropy committee at WeldFit, where they organized monthly employee appreciation events.
