Ryan Burke

Ryan Burke is currently working as Carrier Relations (Underwriting) at Cover Whale. Ryan has over eight years of experience in underwriting, with a focus on Auto Physical Damage, Motor Truck Cargo, and Truckers GL. Ryan has served as a main contact point for all underwriting referrals and inquires from agents and has worked to develop and strengthen relationships with agents. Prior to joining Cover Whale, Ryan spent four years as a Manager at Charter Fitness. There, they were responsible for training new employees, conducting face-to-face sales, and achieving high sales numbers. In their previous position as a Summer Sales Intern at Chicago Business Strategies, Ryan was cross-trained in sales, marketing, customer service, and management techniques. Ryan was also designated as a trip leader on a business prospecting trip.

Ryan Burke has a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Illinois State University. Ryan also has a minor in insurance. Ryan is certified from The Institutes in Associate in Commercial Underwriting and from Florida in Property and Casualty License - Surplus. Ryan is also certified from Illinois in Property and Casualty License - Surplus.
