Tom Donovan

Tom Donovan has extensive experience in the medical and pharmaceutical industries, currently serving as Lead Consultant for Bayer Innovations/Wound Care since January 2005, where direct reporting to the advisory board occurs. Previous roles include Managing Director at Advanced Medical Solutions Ltd from January 2003 to January 2005, and Founder/Managing Director at Yew Tree Pharmaceuticals Ltd from March 1993 to December 2003, where £1 million was raised to establish the company. Earlier positions include Managing Director at Biotage/Oros Instruments, and Sales Manager at Waters Chromatography, starting as a Research Chemist at the Imperial Cancer Research Fund from 1974 to 1985. Tom Donovan holds a degree in Chemistry from the University of East London and further education from the University of the West of England.
