Rajah Swamidoss

Rajah Swamidoss is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in training and development, management, and consulting. Currently serving as General Manager and previously Deputy General Manager at COWRKS since October 2021, Rajah has also founded Aider Hospitality Solutions, a comprehensive consulting firm focused on achieving success for clients in the hospitality sector. Career highlights include roles as Cluster Director of Learning and Development for major hotels in Abu Dhabi, Senior Training Manager at W Goa, and Training Manager positions at multiple Westin properties. Rajah's early career involved training roles at The Zuri Hotels & Resorts and Intercontinental The Lalit Goa Resort. Rajah holds a Master of Tourism Management from Madurai Kamaraj University and a Bachelor's in Hospitality Administration from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
