Amber Hall

Amber Hall serves as Vice President of Compliance & Privacy at Cox Communications since September 2021. Previously, Amber held the position of Senior Vice President and Head of the Ethics Office at Wells Fargo from August 2018 to August 2021, where responsibilities included designing and managing the corporate ethics program. Amber’s experience at Wells Fargo also involved advising on corporate governance as Vice President and Senior Counsel. Before this, Amber was Assistant General Counsel & Assistant Corporate Secretary at Cox Enterprises, overseeing corporate governance and board meetings. Early career roles included positions at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP and Goldman Sachs. Amber earned a Doctor of Law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology/Management and Organization from Spelman College.
