Debra Steiner Friedman

Debra Steiner Friedman is a member of the Labor and Employment practice at Cozen O'Connor, where since March 1998, expertise has been provided in counseling clients on complex employment issues to ensure compliance with laws and regulations and to promote best practices. In addition, Debra collaborates with corporate deal teams to offer employment guidance on transactions and post-transaction activities. Prior experience includes roles as an associate at Bingham McCutchen, specializing in employment law, as well as positions at DeMaria, Ellis, Hunt, Salsberg & Friedman and Abrahams, Loewenstein, Bushman & Kauffman. Debra holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Pennsylvania.
