Madeline Shay Williams

Madeline Shay Williams is an associate at Cozen O'Connor since September 2022, with previous experience as a legal extern at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the U.S. Department of Justice. A graduate of William & Mary Law School, holding a Doctor of Law (JD) degree, as well as a Master's degree in Domestic Public Policy Analysis from William & Mary Public Policy, Madeline also completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Criminology/Intelligence Analysis at George Mason University. Additional roles include research assistant at William & Mary Law School, summer associate at Cozen O'Connor, Bolin Research Fellow at the National Center for State Courts, and various administrative positions at George Mason University and Family Insight, P.C. Throughout these roles, Madeline has demonstrated a strong foundation in legal research, policy analysis, and project management.
