Chad Chang

Chad Chang, CPA, CMA, serves as Treasurer of the NEST Projects Foundation, focusing on building transparent nonprofit operations to assist communities in developing micro-economies. As Chairperson of the Construction Forum at the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia since 2016, Chad established a forum to enhance standards and practices in the real estate and construction sectors. As Co-Founder of Purpose CPA, Chad leads a full-service accounting practice dedicated to supporting businesses. Previously, as Principal Consultant at Converge Business Advisory Ltd., transformative consulting services were provided to SMEs. Chad has held positions as Corporate Controller at Airstream Heating and Air Conditioning Inc., where significant operational changes were implemented, and as Volunteer Regional Board Director for the Canadian Liver Foundation. Additional experience includes financial analysis roles at CHC Helicopter and TELUS, and early accounting positions at the Private Career Training Institutions Agency and ICBC. Chad's educational background includes multiple degrees and certifications in accounting and management.
