The Procurement and Supply Chain team at CPI Aero is responsible for sourcing and acquiring materials, managing supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery, and optimizing the flow of goods and services necessary for the production of structural assemblies and value-added kits for both commercial aerospace and defense markets. Led by directors in Material Planning & Management and Procurement & Logistics, the team includes managers and buyers who oversee the procurement process and logistics to maintain efficient and cost-effective operations.
