Antoinette Joy is a Leadership Training Consultant, certified as PHR and SHRM-CP, with extensive experience in employee performance enhancement and leadership development. Antoinette founded A Joy Consulting in February 2017, focusing on empowering organizations to improve employee productivity and performance. In addition, Antoinette instructs at CPS HR Consulting and UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education, teaching effective leadership and performance management strategies. As a Principal Human Resource Topics Trainer for the Los Rios Community College District’s Government Training Academy, Antoinette covers essential topics such as supervision and critical thinking. Prior roles include Director of Human Resources at Alpha Fund and Senior HR Generalist at DealerTrack, where Antoinette provided strategic HR leadership and support. Antoinette holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Human Resources from California State University-Sacramento.
