Jessica Moss

Jessica Moss is an experienced Meeting & Event Planner at Cramer-Krasselt since February 2014. Additionally, Jessica has operated Rae's Apron as Proprietress since January 2006, offering tailored catering services for various events. At US Foods from March 2008 to November 2013, Jessica played a pivotal role in launching the Food Fanatics marketing concept and managing project timelines. Earlier, Jessica gained culinary experience as a Chef/Class Assistant at The Chopping Block from October 2007 to June 2012. Jessica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communications from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
