Chatt Rhodes

Chatt Rhodes is an experienced professional in quality management and continuous improvement within the aerospace and electronics sectors. Currently serving as Director of Quality at Crane Aerospace & Electronics since September 2023, Chatt previously held the position of U.S. Director of Quality at UMBRAGROUP and managed quality operations at Zodiac Aerospace and B/E Aerospace, focusing on enhancing quality processes and supplier management. Chatt's early career includes significant roles at Cessna Aircraft Company, overseeing supply chain functions and quality initiatives. An adjunct professor at Baker University, Chatt also holds a Master's degree in Management of Information Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Quality Systems Management from Friends University.
