Suzanne Branon

Suzanne Branon is a seasoned pastry chef currently overseeing the bread and pastry program at Brodeto, a restaurant specializing in Adriatic cuisine under Chef Scott Crawford since December 2023. Additionally, Branon owns Love Crumbs Baking Co and has contributed as a pastry cook for James Beard Award-winning Chef Ashley Christensen at AC Restaurants. Previous roles include managing a record label at Big Crown Records, founding a consulting firm, and baking for Chef Renee Erickson at Sea Creatures Restaurant Group. With extensive experience in education and research, including positions at North Carolina State University and Indiana University, Branon holds a PhD in Education Policy from Indiana University Bloomington and additional degrees in education and linguistics.
