Joseph Carey

Joseph Carey has extensive experience in project management and community development, currently serving as the Town Centre Manager and Regeneration Officer for Crawley Borough Council since November 2018, overseeing the £31.4 million Crawley Growth Programme. Additionally, Joseph has held the position of Club Secretary and Treasurer at Charlwood Village Football Club since July 2014. Prior experience includes serving as Community Development Project Manager at East London Business Alliance from September 2015 to October 2018, where Joseph managed significant CSR and community development projects. Joseph's earlier roles include Programme Manager and Team Leader at City Year UK from January 2012 to July 2015, and Group Leader and Camp Counsellor for various camps in New York from 2006 to 2011. Joseph completed education at the University of Sussex and Crawley College, with GCSEs from Oakwood Secondary School.
