Gloria Kaale has extensive experience in the banking and telecommunications sectors. Since February 2014, Gloria has worked at CRDB Bank Plc as a project member for the Core Banking System and as a banker, focusing on increasing the retail portfolio in terms of customer numbers and deposits. Prior to this role, Gloria served as a call center representative at Vodacom Tanzania from November 2012 to February 2014, where responsibilities included providing information about services and troubleshooting customer issues. Gloria holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Corporate Management from Mzumbe University (2018-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Geography from the University of Dar es Salaam (2009-2012).
