Jesca Njau

Jesca Njau has extensive experience in procurement and sales, currently serving as Head of Procurement at CRDB Bank Plc since September 2019 after holding the position of Senior Procurement Manager. Prior to this, Jesca worked at Anheuser-Busch InBev as Procurement Country Implementation Lead at Tanzania Breweries Limited from January 2015 to August 2019. Jesca's career in the brewing industry began at SABMiller, where roles included National Sales Channel Manager, Sales and Distributors Manager, and Management Trainee at Tanzania Breweries Limited from September 2008 to December 2014. Jesca holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Dar es Salaam and a CPSP certification in Procurement from the Procurement and Supplies Professional and Technician Board.
