Leonard Chapman is an experienced professional in manufacturing and aerospace design, currently serving as Solution Architect at Cre8tive Technology and Design since April 2013, focusing on customer-specific solutions and Epicor implementations. As President of SOTA Manufacturing, Leonard oversees daily operations, new product design, and compliance with quality certifications. Previously, Leonard held leadership roles including Managing Partner at Product Ingenuity, President & CEO at Federated Precision Inc, and General Manager at Valve Research & Manufacturing Co. Early career experience includes roles as a Senior Information System Analyst at Pratt & Whitney and Systems Engineer at NASA. Leonard holds an MBA in International Business, a Master's in Information Technology, and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Miami and Florida Atlantic University, respectively, along with formal training from the United States Navy in Nuclear Power.
