Ionut Balan is a Senior Business Analyst at CREATEQ since July 2021, with a strong focus on managing project backlogs, facilitating SCRUM ceremonies, and coordinating between customers and development teams on software projects. Previously, Ionut served as a Business Analyst Mentor at Wantsome, providing guidance on roles, responsibilities, and methodologies within software development. Additionally, Ionut has extensive experience in product management at MIND CTI, holding various leadership roles where responsibilities included overseeing product roadmaps, guiding development teams, and engaging in presales activities. Ionut's career began in IT hardware and student-level animation, complemented by an education in technical fields from Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iași and Ghent University.
