Ivana Sudar

Ivana Sudar currently serves as the People and Culture Director at CREATEQ since June 2022. Previously, Ivana held the position of Head of Human Resources at Mercata VT from January 2021 to June 2022, and as Head of Talent Management and Talent Acquisition at Hemofarm A.D. between December 2015 and December 2020. Ivana's extensive experience in human resources includes roles such as Interim Human Resources Director and Senior Human Resources Business Partner for the Stada SEE/EE cluster, as well as HR Business Partner and Recruitment Specialist. In addition to a strong background in organizational culture development and talent acquisition strategies, Ivana has experience in psychotherapy and project management, including serving as Vice President of the SOS Women's Center and as a Training Consultant at Psihopolis Institute. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Novi Sad and CIPD qualifications in Human Resources.
