Norma Jean Dendy

Norma Jean Dendy, CSM, CSA, is currently engaged in a ServiceNow NexGen Skillbridge program at ServiceNow, focusing on a comprehensive curriculum that includes both instructor-led training and practical applications in IT service management and administration. Additionally, Dendy serves as a Social Media Coordinator for Hiring Our Heroes Military Spouse Professional Network, where responsibilities include managing social media groups and promoting events. As a Merchandise Coordinator at Winston Retail since March 2018, Dendy has made independent business decisions to enhance sales for major brands and has trained store management on effective sales strategies. Previously, Dendy worked as an IT Billing Analyst at Security Service Federal Credit Union, facilitating communication between the accounting and operational departments regarding IT billing. Dendy holds an Associate of Science degree from Northwest Vista College.
