Marilyn Gazard, MBA, CCP, currently serves as Vice President of Total Rewards at Creation Technologies since October 2023. With a robust background in compensation and total rewards, Marilyn has held key leadership roles including Vice President and Head of Compensation at Edelman Financial Engines, Senior Director of Total Rewards at Karyopharm Therapeutics Inc., and Vice President of Compensation at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. Earlier positions include Director of Compensation and Performance Systems at Alkermes, Inc. and Director of Global Total Rewards at Management Sciences for Health, where responsibilities spanned multiple countries and involved comprehensive compensation program oversight. Marilyn’s experience also encompasses roles at BNY Mellon, Amundi Pioneer, and State Street Global Advisors, emphasizing expertise in compensation program design and HRIS management. Marilyn holds an MBA from Simmons College and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Bentley University.
