Aimée Starck

Aimée Starck serves as the Director of Employee Learning and Development at Creative Circle, a role focused on executing employee programming aligned with strategic business goals. In addition, Aimée chairs the Parents + Caregivers Employee Resource Group, advocating for policies and resources that support parent and caregiver employees. Previous positions include Training Manager, Corporate Trainer, and Recruiter at Creative Circle, as well as Assistant Director of the Career + Co-op Center at The Art Institute of Chicago, where Aimée facilitated post-graduation opportunities for students. Aimée's background also includes roles in project management and teaching, complemented by a Master of Fine Arts from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin. Currently, Aimée is pursuing further education at Cornell University.
