Laura Llorente

Laura Llorente is a Technical Account Manager at Qualtrics since July 2021, specializing in providing technical managed services for large enterprise clients to enhance their brand, employee, and customer experience programs. Laura also manages custom client engineering projects and fosters product development through client use cases. Previously, Laura held the position of Product Specialist and EMEA Spanish and Employee Experience Team Lead, overseeing a team of Product Specialists and developing training programs. Laura's prior experience includes roles in Global Branding and Sponsorships at Iberdrola and Accounting and Finance at ESTALKIPACK S.L. Academically, Laura holds a degree in Business Administration and Computer Science from the University of Deusto and attended HEC Montréal for business management in French, as well as completing an English C1 summer course at ILAC.
