Ala Bassam Naifa

Ala Bassam Naifa is a seasoned network professional with extensive experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing network systems. Currently serving as a Network Consulting Engineer at Creative ITC since April 2019, Ala focuses on building networks from the ground up and conducting system audits to enhance operational efficiency. Previously, as a Senior Core Network Engineer at Gulfnet Communications Company, Ala managed network crises and designed international circuits to align with industry standards. Additional roles include Senior Network Engineer at Alalamiah Technology Group, where Ala supported network projects and assisted the pre-sales department, and NOC Engineer at Fasttelco, managing corporate and residential internet configurations. Early career experience includes working as a Support Engineer at Diyar United Company, specializing in CISCO device interconnection and configuration. Ala holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications & Electronics Engineering from Jami'at Al-Ulum Al-Tatbiqiya.
