Joe Grange

Joe Grange is a data scientist with extensive experience in research and program development. Currently employed at Credence since December 2024, Joe previously served as a Program Cycle Mechanism Specialist at Environmental Incentives, LLC affiliated with USAID from September 2021 to December 2024 and as an AAAS Policy Fellow at USAID from August 2019 to August 2021. At the University of Michigan, Joe led a team on research involving a large-volume dataset related to magnetic fields as a Research Fellow between October 2018 and August 2019. Joe also contributed as a Senior Research Associate at Argonne National Laboratory from July 2013 to October 2018, overseeing significant projects and managing a team in the construction and installation of particle physics equipment. Joe holds a PhD in Elementary Particle Physics from the University of Florida and a BS in Physics from the University of Puget Sound.
