Luciano González is a professional with extensive experience in organizational transformation, human resources, and product management. Currently serving as the Head of Organizational Transformation at Crediclub since January 2021, Luciano focuses on developing strategies that enhance the organization's technological capabilities and foster talent development. As a founding member of Peoplefy MX, a human capital consultancy, Luciano supports SMEs in optimizing their human resources for societal impact. Previous roles include Product Manager for SuperTasas.com at Crediclub, Human Resources Generalist at Terra Regia, and Program Leader at Impact Hub Monterrey, where Luciano achieved significant milestones in training, program development, and organizational culture. Luciano holds a degree in Business Creation and Development from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Master's degree in Labor and Organizational Psychology from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.
