David Smith

David Smith is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over three decades, currently serving as the Head of IT Infrastructure Projects and IT Global Delivery Manager at Crédit Agricole CIB since June 2008. David's expertise includes leading major IT transformation programs, such as the implementation of Big Data solutions and the migration of physical servers to virtual ones. David has successfully managed the relocation of IT infrastructure across European sites and the rollout of remote work solutions for over 500 employees. Prior to Crédit Agricole, David held various roles at Crédit Lyonnais Banque de Finance et d'Investissement, Axa, CGI Europe, and IACP Informatique S.A.S., demonstrating a consistent ability to manage complex projects and deliver IT solutions across diverse environments. David holds a BSc in Computer Science and French Studies from Aston University.
