Stephanie Licona, EMBA, is an accomplished operations and talent acquisition manager with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as Operations Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager at Credit Human since March 2017, Stephanie leads a team dedicated to finding the right talent for over 1,000 employees across multiple locations. Previous roles include Senior Business Partner at Dpr Investments, Senior Human Resource Generalist at Harland Clarke, and Human Resource Manager at Goodwill Industries of San Antonio, where Stephanie effectively developed HR strategies and managed teams.
